Insert->External Data
It is posible to select a file to insert data from and it is also posible to
select the options for csv files (column seperator, etc.). After setting this,
"ok"-Button in the external data dialog is greyed and can't be used.
This worked pretty well in 1.0.3

This is a double to Issue 1834 and it never worked.
