centralize marketing collateral pages

As we discussed on IRC, we need to centralize the marketing kit and ancillary material so that all who need such can get them. I'll be happy to work with you. louis

I see this task as a way of collating the material so that it is visible and available to longstanding community members and infrequent visitors. The issue is not a catch all for marketing material components or other web pages. These need their own issues submitted on a needs basis. Otherwise, it makes it difficult for others to take responsibility and keep track of individual items or other MP web pages. As a first step, I think we need to list what we wish to provide centralised on the collateral web page. That is, the material contained in IZ (final versions and alternative version if cannot decide), available elsewhere on openoffice.org and on other web sites. In parallel, can create a new page, e.g. http://marketing.openoffice.org/collateral.html for the centralisation to occur.
