The arrow style setting "width" in the en of the arrow, it si not permanent.
Description:
  If you do not have anything selected, and you change the line settings, this
seetings applys to new lines. If you change the arrow style width setting of the
end of the arrow( right width), without anything selected, and you create a new
arrow, the arrow width is still the default one (0.3).

Can be reproduced. Actually the width is not set to default but it is just not
considered. Line width is considered if changed.
Reassigned to Christian. Please have a look.
