1) Make a new equation.
2) write sum from {i=0} to {10+1} a_i = b
3) press F5 to refresh preview of equation
note the equation sign in i=0 as well as the + sign in 10+1 are not seen, and
the "=" is shown as minus.
Note that the equation is shown correctly when not editing it, (IE in document
after the equation editor is closed).

duplicate. see issue 16470 for details. display-only problem. If the problem
still occurs with the font attached to issue 16470 please reopen this bug and
provide a screenshot of the display.
