Veo que has anexado un nuevo clave publico ayer. 
Además veo que este issue nunca fue atendido.  

Haga un intento de crear un tunnel y luego login
al CVS y enviarme los resultados, 
mensajes del consola, etc., y resolvemos su conección.

I haven't got much success connecting via tunneling. I also update my pub_key 
since i also change distribution and change things like the hostname (used to be 
linux now is localhost).

So far this is the response:
ssh -2 -x -L 2401:localhost:2401 tunnel@openoffice.org

alexandro of course you won't be able to tunnel until your new key is uploaded. Figure on later this 
week. Progress will be recorded in this issue.
