Description lsuarezpotts 2004-02-19 17:47:51 UTC
Hi
this may be a staticization artifact, but cs/www/index.html is not publishing the most current version
(1.334) despite long waits (for 1.333, in excess of 6 hours).

The same issue is with cs.openoffice.org/news/index.html

pavel@pavel:~/.ooo/cs/www/news> cvs -z9 up index.html
pavel@pavel:~/.ooo/cs/www/news> cvs status index.html
===================================================================
File: index.html Status: Up-to-date

   Working revision: 1.95
   Repository revision: 1.95 /cvs/cs/www/news/index.html,v
   Sticky Tag: (none)
   Sticky Date: (none)
   Sticky Options: (none)

pavel@pavel:~/.ooo/cs/www/news> grep index.html CVS/Entries
/index.html/1.95/Thu Feb 19 10:51:19 2004//
pavel@pavel:~/.ooo/cs/www/news> ls -al index.html
-rw-r--r-- 1 pavel users 12492 2004-02-19 11:51 index.html
pavel@pavel:~/.ooo/cs/www/news> date
Čt úno 19 19:38:04 CET 2004
pavel@pavel:~/.ooo/cs/www/news>

But the web page http://cs.openoffice.org/news/index.html still is the old one.
8 hours after the fix.

hi
this is an artifact of staticization. The script will update all staticized pages every 24 hours; it will also
update frequently committed pages every 5 minutes.

I am requesting, in agreement with Pavel Janik, the lead of CS, that staticization be removed from all CS
pages, ie, cs/www/*.

thanks
Louis

I've filed an internal task for the operations group to remove the stacization
from the directories Louis specified. Support will update this issue when the
task has been completed.

For technical reasons we have to move the issue to another subcomponent tan 'www'.
Sorry for bothering you with this generated notification message. There is no
need for any action from yor side.
Thanks for your understanding, Stefan
