in issue 971 issue@www is showed as reporter and owner. looking into the issue
activity history I don't think that this match with the reality.

can you please review the history and do a data validation ?

I've filed an internal issue to research why this is displaying as such.

Engineer updated as below:

"The reason that a reporter or some other field would appear as this user is 
that a migration step in the past tried to reconcile bad user data, couldn't 
find a legitimate user to associate the field with, so it defaulted to 
the 'issues@www' user. Even if you could track the data back to a snapshot 
before that migration (whichever one is was), you'd have the same problem - 
that user field wouldn't point at a legitimate field."
