Replicated this problem using Win2K and OOo 1.1.1rc as well as 680. The insert
hyperlink dialog box allows the user to specify a bookmark within a Word
document, but clicking on the resultant link gives a system-based "file not
found" error. Works fine when no bookmark is specified.

Changing subcomponent to 'ui' as no specific source code has been referenced;
also adding relevant keywords.
Comment 5 sjb90 2004-03-21 14:16:15 UTC
Reassigning issue due to subcomponent change.

It's a property fo windows. We open sxw files internal, doc files will forward
to the system. The system looks how to handle with it and gives regarding errors
or messages.
It should be work when you delete the hash-mark for the *.doc link. Then the
system would start MS-Word to open the file.
It's like if you double click such file with hash-mark in the windows explorer,
you should get the same error message.

Thanks for the explanation. The only other comment I'd make then is that it's
possibly a bit odd to be able to select a bookmark in a linked .doc file, given
that the link won't work in OOo. I suppose the reason for leaving this is so
that there's a way of specifying a target, in case the .sxw file is then saved
in MS Word format? Might be useful to have some sort of warning as a result
(debatable, I agree)?
