In those dialogs, which are provided by OOo itself, for file open and save
operations it would be a useful feature to have a list of recent paths to jump
fast into those places. Perhaps, additionally a list of preferred locations
configurable via options>paths (enhancement to the 'working directory' with a
standard-location)

latest versions of OOo, as the problem(s) may have already been addressed.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".

This feature is provided by operating system.
Example since Windows 7, you have a favorites folder:

So, I set this as obsolete.
