The Tickmarks (Major interval marks) of Categories Axis are in the middle and
not at the beginning of the Categorie.

The position is only not correct for bar charts. For Area and Line charts it is
correct.

@Thomas, please verify in CWS chart25.
The positions of the tick marks and grid lines for the category axis in bar,
column and column&line charts was corrected to be the same as in OOo 2.2 again.
