Create a Chart ( two Col, five Rows; Value Range e.g. from 1 to 250000)
Open the Tabpage Scale for Y-Axis. 
Choose logarithmic Scale.
Confirm -> the logarithmic Sale does not optimal matching.

If you use values from 1 to 250000 in the old chart you get a logarithmic scale from
1 to 1 000 000. In the new implementation you get an axis from 0,1 to 1 000 000.
So the minimum is different here. In addition the tickmark at the maximum is not
shown properly (caused by rounding errors).

Automatic Min and Max are OK in OOo680m213.

For the difference in minor interval I have reported issue 78238.
