Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 27623
Stop sending IssueZilla whinemails/notifications from sc-solload1.sp.collab.net
Last modified: 2004-08-02 22:42:56 UTC
It seems there is a machine named sc-solload1.sp.collab.net sending IZ whinemails. Please stop the cronjob and stop the issue notifications to the subscribers of issues@<project>.
This is stopped. There will not be any mails as the users in those list are unsubscribed. Thanks Priya
I'm still (2004-04-13) receiving issue change notifications sent to issues@sc-solload1.sp.collab.net. A change to issue 100 by kmaples. Could you unsubscribe users from cvs@<project> also? I received messages from cvs@look.
Engineer disabled all these mailing lists.
Chad Smith, <cws456456@aol.com>, sent me this today, after the subscribers had been taken off the list: -------- Original Message -------- Subject: allcvs Digest 20 Apr 2004 10:24:53 -0000 Issue 18688 Date: 20 Apr 2004 10:24:53 -0000 From: allcvs-digest-help@sc-solload1.sp.collab.net Reply-To: allfeatures@sc-solload1.sp.collab.net To: allcvs@sc-solload1.sp.collab.net allcvs Digest 20 Apr 2004 10:24:53 -0000 Issue 18688 Topics (messages 235620 through 235620): [util-cvs] CVS update: /util/external/plans/ 235620 by: uday.sc-solload1.sp.collab.net Administrivia: To subscribe to the digest, e-mail: allcvs-digest-subscribe@sc-solload1.sp.collab.net To unsubscribe from the digest, e-mail: allcvs-digest-unsubscribe@sc-solload1.sp.collab.net To post to the list, e-mail: allcvs@sc-solload1.sp.collab.net ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ----- Date: 20 Apr 2004 10:24:52 -0000 Message-ID: <20040420102452.20394.qmail@sc-solload1.sp.collab.net> From: uday@sc-solload1.sp.collab.net To: cvs@util.sc-solload1.sp.collab.net Subject: [util-cvs] CVS update: /util/external/plans/ Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit User: uday Date: 2004/04/20 03:24:52 Log: Directory /cvs/util/external/plans added to the repository File Changes: Directory: /util/external/plans/ ================================ Directory [added]: --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: cvs-unsubscribe@util.sc-solload1.sp.collab.net For additional commands, e-mail: cvs-help@util.sc-solload1.sp.collab.net ----- --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: allfeatures-unsubscribe@sc-solload1.sp.collab.net For additional commands, e-mail: allfeatures-help@sc-solload1.sp.collab.net
I am checking with priya on how this can best be resolved completely. Eric
just wanting to track the issue
Created attachment 14682 [details] email that I keep getting over and over
I was assured that this problem has been corrected. Are you still getting any of these emials? Eric
The most recent one was from 04/22/2004. I would consider the issue as fixed.
Closing for now, Eric

Ok, I just opened pcn28564 to have this addressed at the engineering level & not by asking the specific engineers what is happening here. I will update you with my findings. Eric
Engineering is actively working this issue & collaborating for a fix here. Eric
I spoke to engineering about this issue today. The responsible engineer testing the site that was sending these mails was doing a manual change email that did not change all the emails on the site. Engineering is providing the script to this engineer such that no email address' will be missed for this type of testing in the future. We are still awaiting this script however. I will keep monitoring the internal pcn & let you know what happens from here. Eric
I have been assured the script has been run and all email addresses have been removed from all mailing list subscriptions.
I haven't seen message from sc-solload1 either during the last days. Feel free to mark the issue as RESOLVED/LATER. We will reopen if necessary.
changing as indicated
reopen to change status
Resolved/Later makes no sense. Changing state to RESOLVED/FIXED.
closing this issue.
