start at the end: on right click of an icon the config keyboard option should be present in the dialog... this RFE comes after much frustration with an apparent oversight in keyboad config (posting bug now) question re: key board control over the position of text in slides with text you can use ctrl + arrows to move up and down but the same does not appear true with presentation any tips on keyboard manip. of data in presentation? I looked and looked at Tools -> Configure -> Keyboard but can't find the demote / promote options ok, it appears that ojects in the text toolbar don't have a corresponding keyboard command access point promote and demote in presentaion don't appear to be keyboard controllable OOo1.1 in the text ojbect bar the icons for promoting/demoting are there... but the corresponding keyboard interface for the objects in text object bar are not there oddly there is no category for text in the keyboard config. dialog we're looking for the promote/demote objects found in the config>toolbars>text objectBar they should be in the keyboard config but appear to be missing RFE: right click of an icon it should bring up the keyboard config control for the icon...

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on my owner to the owner "requirements".

issue 7449 is concerning "RFE customize context menus" Here we are taling about "customize keyboard". I can't see any relation, will do research later.
@ddaniels Do I understand your request correctly? You want that in the context menu for an Icon (example: IMPRESS - Format - Demote) you have an context menu item what leads directly to "Tools -> Customize - Keyboard - Alt+Shift+rightarrow"?
