Currently I see a big rise of serious problems with installation of the
dictionaries for spellcheck in [de-users]. I can not decide whether it are real
problems or only problems to understand the instructions. 

There seem to be big problems to install the dictionaries manually.

I can not check this because i still use an older version of the dictionaries.

Because this caused urgent problems for several users, this must be checked
carefully.

Can this bug be closed or are there still issues? If so, what are the 
problems?
