OOo 2.0 Timetable, some items which behind schedule is not marked as red. 
according to the explanation
The red rows gives an indication where we are behind our original plan

we are now in week 17, but many of the items in previous week still have 
yellow color. example in week 10-16, if not yet finish we must mark it as red.
