Not a bug report, just a question.  
  
I've noticed that now simple IZ users have no permission to reassign their issues or to  
reopen them. This is aready strange enough, but well, I have no objections. The problem is  
that some developers are used to assign issues to the person to whom they are answering,  
even if it is an issue reporter rather than a developer. I already have several issues  
"assigned" to me, and so the new policy means the responsible developers will never read  
my comments. What should I do with such issues (21414 for example)?
