The native installer do not support  our setup custom mechanism. Therefore the
setup dialog, in which the user is asked to register for ms file types does no
longer work. We need a substitute for this.
We need to clarify:
Is this a process for the setup?
Is this a process for the first office start?
Is there a possibility for the user to change his settings after installation?
We still have to specify the behaviour. Therefore I send this task to you.
It shall be fixed in cws networker3.

IS -> TRA: FL accepted the dialog shown in the specification. I integrated the
necessary things into the Windows Installer database. Now you can program the
Custom Action Code.

Registration for MS documents chosen during installation works fine on
networker3 (SO Icons used for MS documents,...) ...
