The Windows Installer does not support our Cutom mechanism of our old setup
application. Therefore we need a substitute for the Custom regactivex and the
Basic script, in which an IE 5 (or higher) is searched to set the default of the
ActiveX setup module.
As we already discussed, the setup can write the RegistryItems directly, without
the help of your library. 
This shall be fixed in cws networker3.
