The Windows Installer does not support our current Basic script mechanism.
Therefore there has to be a replacement for the two basic scripts calling
regsvrex at installation and deinstallation.
To be fixed  in cws networker3.

IS -> MCI: The  shlxthdl.dll is no longer registered with a basic script calling
regsvrex. Instead of this we use the Windows Installer table "Selfreg" , in
which the  shlxthdl.dll is included. This leads to the correction registration
of this library.  You can see, that everything works fine, when you start the
Windows Explorer, and right-click on a sxw document. There must be more than the
"General" tab page.  Additionally there are "Summary", "Document statistics"  or
"Custom" tab pages. For more information about this you should as TRA.
