Because of the Windows Installer we had to introduce executables for each
application (scalc.exe, swriter,exe, ...). With task #i28297 we only copied the
existing soffice.exe. This has to be optimized for SO 8 Beta.

of: For 680m44 we create links like 'swriter.exe -writer' in the Windows start
menu. These links will be reworked. I think it would be usefull if the switch
'-writer' will be integrated into the new exe files. It will be easier for
admins/users to create links to these files (e.g if network installation without
systemintegration has been made).
