Solid borders of tables may have a thickness of 0.05 pt, 1pt, 2.5pt ...
Between these values, there is no possibility of using finer grained degrees. It
would be nice to have 0.25 pt, 0.5 pt and 0.75 pt as an option as well. 0.05pt
often vanishes in pre-press and 1 pt generates already very thick lines.

duplicate to issue 8275. There the full range of border types (thickness and
format) will be handled.
