Community member Noll Janos at johnzero-ooffice@johnzero.hu (hungary) claims anoncvs is 
down.
please verify... I haven't head news of this before. Possibly tied into the collabnet internet issues 
last week?

I've submitted this to the operations group for troubleshooting (PCN7676).

Our operations group reports this is fixed now, and I have verified.
