When 'Show changes' is enabled, deleted text is displayed with an strikethrough.

However, 'find' will still find the deleted text.

This causes particular problem with 'Find and Replace' since the deleted text
will repeatedly be found and replaced.  So you end up with multiple copies of
the 'replace' version.

This behaviour is intended and all professional word processors work like this.
It is a kind of industry standard. Thus it won't be changed.
