The command ".uno:TestMode" has no user inteface description within our new
Commands.xcu files. There is a similiar commands called
".uno:SwitchControlDesignMode" which uses the following strings:

"de"=Entwurfsmodus an/aus
"en-US"=Design Mode On/Off

German
Testmodus ein/aus
English_us
Test Mode On/Off

Please also correct the other strings in the same file (German, except one!)

CD: I have talked to Armin Le Grand and he states that it makes no sense to
change any resources within the binfilter project. They have to be fixed on the
OOo 1.1 as we will freeze the code on this level.

I will ignore the following string changes.
