Hi
The mail lists on Sunday 17 May seem not to be functioning.  I sent a message to dev@marketing 19:45 
PDT (-0700) and it has yet to make it through the system and be posted. Other messages sent even 
earlier have also not appeared. I am properly subscribed to these lists.  Checking back on archives, i 
see that messages more or less stopped this morning, with the latest I am seeing being at around 11:
30 PDT.

Once again, this time, for the last two days, turn arund is b/w 20 mins and 2 hours.

We think that in the last upgrade, we may have lost some tweaks accelerating mail activity.

We adjusted some mail settings and messages are coming very quickl now.
