Register a new user, login, click on "My Issues":
The name user@openoffice.org is not a valid username...

yes, we know. I've filed an issue with CollabNet to address this issue. My apology for 
not also filing it here to alert you of our awareness of it.

There's a problem with the Issue Tracking Rebuild System.  Our
engineer is working on this today and Monday.

Sorry for the lack of update....  Our engineer did work on it, and
created a fix, but we're still working with operations to bring it
live.  They staged it last night late, and I approve the stage then,
so they'll be bringing it live today.

Okay, we brought the fix live and ran a set of Issue Tracking Rebuilds
without problem.  This should be all fine now and going forward.

As agreed by Louis I will close these resolved fixed support-owned issues now.
