'My Issues' does not seem to show all of my issues

When I look under 'My Issues' I see nothing; when I search for issues with a 'reported by' address of 'pjw@rhyme.com.au', I get the expected Issues (specifically 414 and 416). Is this a result of a change in usernames at some point in the past? When I log into the system, I specify the email address 'pjw@rhyme.com.au'. Seems a little odd.

Way back last summer, when we upgraded OpenOffice.org from Tigris Classic to Sourcecast, your login name changed from pjw@rhyme.com.au to warnerpj@openoffice.org. Since then, when clicking on "My Issues", you get all issues assigned to the latter. If you'd like to see your active issues in the "My Issues" list, reassign them to your new address. If you have any questions, please reopen this issue.
As agreed by Louis I will close these resolved fixed support-owned issues now. If you have trouble with that, please re-open the issue.
