For 2.0, let's get a new homepage.  Rules:
1. So :
	*Any new design must have a section for a graphic that can be rotated per month or so; such a 
graphic can come from
NlC or other projects and must "represent" that project
	*Any new design must have section for "community resources." When I got rid of it, many 
complained. It's actually
*useful*
	* Any new design must have boxes for articles and new builds info.
	* Any new design must immediately mention the download of the latest release & NLC projects.
	
It must also be uncluttered.  Colors should be generally of one group, blue, though some differences 
are allowable.

We're coming near to the end of the redesign process, with the new website
expected to be up and running shortly.

Thankyou to *everyone* who participated in this process.

Once the new web site is running, this issue will be marked as resolved, and closed.
