The full path to the *.idl files stored in *.rdb files. They should be shortened
up to the module name or start with com/sun/star.

removed the filename completely because it doesn't provide really useful
information. In fact of this i cleaned up the new registry API as well and
removed all function related to filenames.

QA: Test regview *.rdb of example. Filename should not have an absolute path.

QA: Tested cpp/counter, run make and viewed
output/StarOffice8.Beta_SDK/SOLARISexample.out/bin/counter.uno.rdb.
File names to IDL files are still in full path.

The bug is fixed, pease check for example the generated example registry file
Minimalcomponent.urd (example\java\MinimalComponent) which ysou can find in the
output tree .../misc/MinimalComponent.
