Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 30118
FAQ question points to unrelated answer
Last modified: 2004-12-04 21:51:12 UTC
Calc FAQ at the user-faq project, "How can I use conditional formatting?" points to documentation project faq, "How do I print my spreadsheet correctly?" I think this is a mistake. Note: I recently edited the documentation project faq, which was missing oodles of key information. Perhaps the FAQ changed form in the process, and conditional formatting still needs to be addressed in it somehow. Conditional formating seems different than printing. Go to Format > Conditional Formatting... then select formats based on cell contents.
As shown in Issue 37629, we are attempting to retarget all links that point to the older set of FAQs at the documentation project from http://documentation.openoffice.org/user_faq/ to http://documentation.openoffice.org/faqs/. The answer to this question falls into the list of items that needs a retargeted URL, but because it targets an unrelated answer, we should find the correct answer and replace the URL with it instead.
I have created an answer for this FAQ at the user-faq project. The answer now needs to be incorporated into the other FAQ sets.
This has been updated at the OOoAuthors.org site: http://www.oooauthors.org/FAQs/Calc/Formatting/280 This has been incorporated into the documentation project faqs: http://documentation.openoffice.org/faqs/spreadsheet/045.html This FAQ is fixed.
