- load the attached fieö
- export the file as flash
- It takes very long to export the file and at the end the office crash.
- was ok in src680m40

the flash export calls TempFile::GetStream( STREAM_WRITE|STREAM_TRUNC )

Kai, in UcbStreamHelper::CreateStream
you replaced bFileExists with sal_True.

With the above StreamMode, lcl_CreateStream first deletes the file because of
the STREAM_TRUNC and later does not recreate it, because of the sal_True

(Sidenote, any presentation with at least some text should fail to export to flash)
