Hi Louis,

as you already know, Jost is going to spend less time with OOo in the future. We
have agreed on Manfred Reiter as THE man to lead lang/de with me, and he has
accepted. _Among a lot of other things_ he works on parts of the german
documentation with some students of his school. They present their work to other
teachers, parents, visitors this coming weekend, on a n event which roughly
translates as "open house". They will be showing an impress-presentation about
OOo, demonstrate the suite and sell CD's.  (BTW: This event might be worth a
spotlight?)

Manfred already has cvs access, at least theoretically (somethings still not
working, but when his last key is loaded this probably will. See Issue 2473).

Now I'd like you to give him access to the edit functions of discuss_de and
users_de and mention him on the lang.OOo homepage.

Hi, I *think* I gave Manfred the same privileges as Jost and you, so he should be 
able to modify the mailing lists.
I have also changed the homepage accordingly, so it show Manfred now not Jost.
Please let us know what else you need,
