When using delete next word (CTRL Del keys) to delete a series of words and we 
get to the end of the sentence, deleting the last word of the sentence deletes 
the footnote as well. This should not happen. The footnote is not part of the 
last word. For example we have a sentence ends - 
 
they hold fast.12 (with 12 being the footnote marker.) 
 
using delete next word three time should only delete the the words "they hold 
fast" but not the footnote. It should take a forth delete next word to remove 
it.

Issues 12288 and 31110 are similar in that they deal with 'Delete next word' and
the correct boundaries and opperation. So they should be considered together.
