The CWS OASIS introduces new clipboard format name ids in sot/inc/formats.hxx.
These clipboard ids might have to be supported in the paste dialog that is in
the the m42 in so3/source/dialog/pastedlg.cxx.

However, it is unclear when the names contained there are used and if they are
used at all. For this reason, it might be an option to remove the whole code.

If you need new names, FL will specify them as part of the OASIS file format
name spec.

The SO3 code is obsoletete. In the current code this has been moved to svtools
(insdlg.cxx).

Besides that the clipboard format names appear to be correct without any
changes, so I don't see a reason to change it. I want to review the whole stuff
later though, so I'll keep this issue for later.
