In text/smath/01/03091500.xml,

"Align to horizonal center (alignc)"

Note: "horizontal" is preferred to "horizonal" in this context.
"horizonal" sounds more associated with the original meaning of horizon, which
is the boundary of earth and sky. "horizontal" sounds more associated with the
derivative meaning (being level or the left-to-right direction).
