Note: this issue is a follow-up to issue 30018.

REPRODUCTION:

1. type '1'-'9', 'A'-'Z', 'a'-'z' with StarBats
2. save document
3. shut down OO.o
4. restart OO.o and load the bugdoc

=> The symbols have changed

Expected behaviour:
the font should have changed to StarSymbol resp. OpenSymbol (what actually
happens) but the content should have stayed the same.

Additional info: for the test above you must have the StarBats font installed.
As we saw the root cause was that during the import only the characters with
unicodes U+F020..U+F0FF were converted to their StarSymbol equivalent. Due to
the "symbol aliasing" feature (see the Font Glossary) also the U+0020..U+00FF
need this conversion.
Please also test the problem with the StarMath font.
