consolidation of "please help" indicators: removing "easy2dev" keyword, formerly
known as "todo". This issue does not deserve it according to
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/describekeywords.cgi.

all remove with exception of offmgr/util/defs/wntmsci7 which must not be removed
 because of windows compatibilty reasons.
