In SRC680:m45 resource file names have been changed to ISO language codes.
Unfortunately the service com.sun.star.resource.VclStringResourceLoader does not
work with the new resource file names.
This leads to the dysfunction of *ALL* wizards - therefore prio 1.

Unfortunately this is not true; the service delivers all the strings asked for.

forgot to mention: i used a 680m46  since it was to be fixed on master

sorry, my mistake. The above service works pretty well. The wizards do not work
as desired because the template paths have not been adapted to the ISO language
codes.
