please post cws status changes to OOo ML, see i31132 for information of mailing
list address.

Information about newly created CWS is now sent to the OOo mailing list. Status
changes can be tracked using an RSS feed. If this is not sufficient and
processes need to be triggered just the moment a CWS status is modified (as
discussed), then you could keep this issue open for this additional work.
Otherwise it can IMO be closed.
