- some office modules and optional components offer this kind installation
- this should be remove as long as this isn't possible for the instalation

Fixed for all modules except  two:
The "Program modules" and the "Optional components".
The top level modules cannot get the corresponding value, this leads to a
database error. All other modules are okay now.

due to limited resources we will not be able to fix this one for 2.0,
retargeting to 2.0.1

I do not see a solution for 2.0.1
