- when we print a presentation or a drawing the print is on the upper left
corner on the printed page.
- we should center the page horizontal and vertical.
- PPT center (horizontal and vertical) the printout on the page therefore it's
an MS interoperability issue.

A quick way to get it to print center is to Format-Page as a valid size. eg
Letter.  But it is weird that MS centers while Impress does not.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
