If I post on nntp:://news.openoffice.org/releases my messages has to be 
moderated although I am on the allowed posters list (martin.hollmichel@sun.com).

Martin, our engineer looked at this and he said he'd be able to
troubleshoot this bug if you could forward one of the MODERATE
messages you got (with full headers).  Could you send me one?  Thanks.

sent the moderate message to the developer.

Martin- our developer looked at the email and gave me an email to add
to the approved posters list, which should fix it.  Could you try
again and verify that it works now?  Thanks!

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved
<wontfix/duplicate/worksforme/invalid> issues. Please see this posting for details.
