Basque GSI file

Hi Ivo,

I attached Basque GSI file to this issue. I'd run gsicheck tool to this file and
there no errors.

Waiting your anwser to make the next step (i18npool has a issue filed,
helpcontent needs to file a new issue)

Hi Ivo,

This GSI uses (as you can see) code 10. On previous issues I'd send GSI to
Pavel, and i18npool¡s eu.xml to Eike: issue 27939 and 31644.

So, I've got other files, like helpcontent, in basque language.  Should I file
another issue with them, or which steps should I make?

we don't integrate the old helpcontent in 1.x but you please file an issue to
stefan taxet ( st ) , he will upload the helpcontent to http://ftp.stardiv.net

If 1.x versions helpcontent is not gonna be insert into 1.x. I supose (as
somtimes ago somebody said) 2.x version (I didn't check it out) will use another
XML format...

Anyway, there is no sense to submit old helpcontent if it isn't be into OOo, right?

And what about translated wizards:
   agenda/  desktop/  fax/  letter/
   memo/  presnt/  styles/  web/

or translated res/basq (or res module's language's figures)?

Shall I file issues or they will not use too,

dooteo: by submitting helpcontent, it can be listed at
ftp://ftp.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/contrib/helpcontent/ and
people can use it. We can also put it in our builds...

ad res/basq: please submit them. Assign bug to me. I'll commit them too.

ad so called extras: the same applies - assign to tv (add me to CC:). They will
be applied for 1.1.3.

The sdf file have been imported into our internal translation database.
