Impress no longer offers Layers functionality. Hence the submenu in the Edit
menu has to be removed as well. cf. Edit Menu in Impress (row 215)

- guides to front must be off per default.

There are still some bugs in the German View -Menu.

- 'Notizenseite' have to be ' Notizen'
- 'Handout-Seite' have to be 'Handout'
( -'Hintergrund' have to be ' Master' ) I think is already fixed in the master.
