This is a new version of Issue 32439, as this one changed its subject and now
also its summary.

Correction of last statement:
LineDashes (standard.sod): the sizes are given in "inch" not "in". Therefore
they are imported incorrectly.
Bitmaps (standard.sob): the Images are linked with '#' in the href, which was
removed for the Oasis format.

BM->CL: Please decide whether the files should be changed or the filter.
(Changing the filter would be better in order to read old .so? files).

Resolved in CWS oasisbf1

All draw tables saved with OOo 2.0 get the new namespace "ooo" and internally
use the OASIS Open Office format. Tables saved with OOo 1.1 are recognized and
read properly as well.
