After a setsolar on windows the path contains changes *after* the user's path
settings. This cannot guarantee the same build environment for all users because
user directories are sometimes searched first.
An example is the local installation of an SDK that is also used during the
build but with a different version number. As a result the build may fail.

Please do never append path settings but do always precede the current path with
the new settings.
