The new scripts are delivered as new product for the Unix platforms into the product directroy "UserScripts". Please find them in "instset_native". I will write a more detailed explanation of the scripts, but here the most important facts: If you start the scripts without correct parameter, the usage is shown. The third optional parameter is "-l". If this is set, the link "soffice in the home directory is created The first parameter is the path to the packages or RPMs The second parameter is the new root (for Solaris) or the installation directory (Linux) The uninstall script for Linux needs no parameter. All RPMs registered in $HOME/.RPM_OFFICEDATABASE will be removed. The uninstall script for Solaris needs one parameter: The path to the new root directory. All packages specified in the database of the new root will be removed.

On the download web page, where could I find a clear instruction which says how to install OO in user land ?
