- set the Windows theme to High contrast black #2
- Start the setup
-> the first page shows a white background
The other pages show a white bitmap background at the top.

This is a problem of the two bitmaps that we use in Windows Installer. Both have
a white background color, independent from the Windows theme that is used. Using
theme High contrast black #2 there is a white text on our white bitmap. To get a
black background in the Install Welcome dialog, we have to decrease the size of
the bitmap, which currently includes the complete area of the dialog. But then,
with standard Windows theme, this dialog would be grey and no longer white.
