zipfile dependencies contain absolute pathes and thus are invalid when e.g
copying the output tree of "instset_native" from MWS to any CWS. This causes
problems when trying to do incremental builds in eg. instset_native.

this occurs only when files outside the current module are zipped.

"uiconfig.zip" is now no regular ziptarget anymore -> no more "*.dpz" files with
absolute pathes. also packing it moved to the new module "postprocess".
