please simplify d.lst in helpcontent2 so we do not have to patch it for every
languages. Right now, I use this form in my tree:

This is pretty important as you probably know what problems delivery of e.g.
license and readme caused in 1.1.x.

this just requires small changes in "helpcontent2/util/*/makefile.mk". as these
are generated, please change generator to use "xhp_*_lang.zip" instead of
"*_xhp_lang.zip" to avoid delivering these files.
